Mr. Nussbaum has been certified as an expert in real estate law by The Florida Bar since the inception of such certification in 1987. His practice includes commercial and residential sale and leasing transactions, and litigation involving a multitude of real estate issues including those involving commercial and residential vendor-purchaser disputes, title insurance claims, commercial landlord-tenant matters, boundary disputes, tax deed and other quiet title issues, mortgage and other lien foreclosures, etc. He has been hired as an expert witness for parties in court cases involving real estate law and its principles and practices.
